Why I Do This Work
Because Relationships Matter
I originally began studying relationships because I found them to be, well... hard.
Like many people, I wanted to understand why relationships can sometimes feel so difficult and whether there was a better way to create the connection, security, and happiness we all long for.
Through attachment science and years of training and experience, I discovered that healthy relationships aren't about perfection. They're about understanding, connection, and learning new ways of showing up for ourselves and the people we love.
Like anything worthwhile, building a strong relationship takes practice, commitment, and patience. Some days come more easily than others.
My Approach
Change Is Possible
One of the greatest privileges of my work is witnessing the courage it takes for people to step into therapy and create change.
I know change is possible because I've seen it happen time and time again.
I've had the opportunity to help countless couples and individuals improve their relationships, strengthen communication, heal from difficult experiences, and reconnect with what matters most to them.
If they can create meaningful change in their lives and relationships, so can you.
What I Love Most
Walking Alongside My Clients
The most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients take brave, consistent steps toward creating richer, fuller lives and deeper connections with the people they care about most.
Therapy isn't about having all the answers. It's about being willing to explore, learn, grow, and move forward one step at a time.
It would be a privilege to be part of that journey with you.
