Hi! I'm Jena.
I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, a Certified Gottman Bringing Baby Home Educator, a mom, and a wife.
I have a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals, sexuality and sex therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I have been counselling, coaching, and teaching for over a decade.
I started studying relationships because I found them to be, well... hard. I knew there had to be a way to feel happier in a relationship.
Thanks to attachment science, I finally discovered what works. But, as with anything worth doing, it takes practice and commitment every single day. Some days are easy, some more difficult.
I KNOW change is possible because I've helped countless couples make those changes. If they can drastically improve their relationships, so can you.
I love nothing more than seeing the incredibly brave, consistent steps my clients take to make their lives richer and fuller, and to connect more deeply with the people who mean the most to them.
I can't wait to meet and work with you!

I'm Nicole.
Areas of focus: I work with youth and adults facing anxiety and depression. I also work with pregnancy, postpartum, infant loss and pregnancy loss.
Hello, and welcome! My name is Nicole. I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I completed my Masters of Education in Counselling degree at Simon Fraser University, with a focus on child development, families and relationships. I have been trained in many theoretical orientations, but predominantly work from an Adlerian, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) therapeutic foundation.
I have had the privilege of working alongside individuals, children and families for many years now. Our childhoods and families affect so many aspects of our lives and that can be complicated! My passions include supporting people who are experiencing anxiety or depression, pregnant folks, folks who are postpartum, and those that may have lost a pregnancy or an infant. I am here to support anyone experiencing challenge in their lives and needing anti-oppressive, strengths based and trauma-informed care.
As a member of the LGBTQ2+ community, I am here to also support non-binary, trans, and same sex couples or individuals, as reproductive health care for our community has a history of systemic violence.
You do not have to do this alone. I offer a safe space to explore your needs, life history, wounds and goals for a peaceful future.
I look forward to connecting with you and seeing how I may support you during this time. You've already made the big first step in reaching out for support!
Hi, I'm Harj.
Areas of focus: I work with youth and adult individuals/couples facing relationship issues, family dynamic issues, mental health concerns, substance/behavioural addictions.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. I work primarily with persons and couples affected by substance and behavioural addictions as well as youth and young adults experiencing mental health struggles. I have eight years of experience working in the substance use field and have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, clinical hypnosis, and mindfulness-based therapies. My aim is to support clients in gaining insight into the underlying causes of their mental health struggles as well as furnishing them with tools to reduce distress and increase their sense of well being and meaning in their lives.
In my work I take a holistic view of persons and consider their personal stories, perspectives beliefs and the totality of the environments they live in. I am strongly influenced by trauma informed and existential approaches – My aim is to help clients make sense of and honour their past but also experience new found freedoms.
In addition to being a counsellor I am also a husband and a father to three beautiful children. In my spare time I enjoy volunteering, making music, working out and practicing meditation.
